Gemstone Cheer & Dance began nearly 10 years ago with just Lydia, a passion for the sport and running one session a week in the local high school. From those small beginnings, the club has grown into something truly special—now home to 16 competition teams and a full recreational programme..

What started with Lydia is now powered by a dedicated team of coaches, each bringing their own passion and energy to help every athlete shine.

Fun Fact: 2 of our coaching staff were there at the very beginning in 2016 dancing in our U10 & U16 Pom Dance teams coached by Lydia.
